Once your submitted artwork/files have been verified, and approved by the printing department and you clear all the order dues, including taxes, shipping, and handling, the time for order processing starts. You can select the production time while placing the order on our website, which specifies the number of business days required to print your order and prepare it for transportation to the shipping company. The buyers must approve the proof before 10 am Central Standard Time.
Packaging Mania makes every attempt to ensure the timely printing and shipping of your order. We will not be held responsible for any losses due to delayed delivery. You agree not to hold us accountable for shipment delays due to natural, manmade, shipping company problems, customs issues, or any other scenarios beyond our control.
Further, Packaging Mania cannot guarantee the shipping or delivery transit times, and we are not responsible for any loss or theft of products during transit. Buyers cannot cancel orders due to delayed printing or shipping. However, the charges you paid to expedite the shipping process will be returned in case of technical issues or equipment failure. You agree to pay all the customs duties and charges on goods shipped to their specified locations. However, buyers are responsible for making customs arrangements for shipments delivered outside the United States.
PackagingMania.com offers standard shipping in 10-12 business days and expedited shipping within 6 or 8 business days (with 2 to 3 business days for ground shipment). Each order is limited to one location inside the United States without any quantity or weight restrictions. We will charge extra shipping and handling fees for re-shipment if you provide us with an incorrect delivery address. Further, shipping to multiple locations will be charged extra. You can file a claim for lost or damaged shipment after 6 business days from the shipping date.
